This video is a bit cheesy and goes on too long (it could use tighter editing) but I was compelled to post it because the first monk reminds me of one of my favorite minor characters in literature: Friar John from Rabelais’ Gargantua and Pantagruel .
While I’m not Catholic, I do descend from a long and illustrious line of rednecks, so this is for all of my fellow Rabelaisian rednecks.
