Santorum lays into Gingrich and Romney but good on health care policy. He finally articulated an almost comprehensive indictment of Romneycare and hit Gingrich carefully and powerfully on supporting mandates in the recent past.
Gingrich’s response was: Look how arrogant I am. I’ll debate Obama on mandates even though I supported mandates because I know everything and will say anything.
