Together Against Sexploitation

An video interview and a written interview with the Australian writer Melinda Tankard Reist, leader of a new activist group working against the sexualization of girls and society. Reist, who came to the First Things office while in New York a few months ago, has written a very good, and infuriating, book called Getting Real: Challenging the sexualisation of girls , available in this country from the Independent Publishers Group .
