Jimmy Carter Thinks America Is Ready for a Gay President

Of course he does:

It doesn’t really surprise me that Carter, a former President/former Southern Baptist, thinks America is ready for an openly gay president. In fact, I fear that he’s probably right. A significant number of Americans have exchanged both the Bible and two millennia of church teaching for a form of liberal-libertarianism in which sexual liberty always trump virtue and natural law, not to mention tradition and the social order.

We now live in a country that is having a difficult time articulating what is wrong with consensual incest . Should we really be shocked then to find that people are openly embracing every form of sexual behavior that doesn’t involve relatives?
