Fulfillment Policy
Refunds
Customers may request refunds for the unused portion of their subscription. Refunds are calculated based on the remaining value of the subscription.
- Minimum Refund: $1.00
- Maximum Refund: $152.00
- Refund requests exceeding this amount will require supervisor approval.
If we do not have a record of the customer’s payment on file, the customer must provide proof of payment. A copy of the front and back of a canceled check is considered acceptable proof.
- Refunds by Check: Delivered within 4–6 weeks.
- Refunds to Credit Cards: Processed within 2–3 business days.
Replacements
Replacement issues may be sent for lost deliveries under the following conditions:
- Please allow up to 4 weeks from the fulfillment date for your issue to arrive.
- If you have not received your issue after 5 weeks, it will be considered lost and eligible for replacement.
- Only issues from the past 5 months are eligible for replacement. Requests for older issues will require purchase.
- Exceptions to this policy may be granted under special circumstances with supervisor approval.
Fulfillment Schedule
- Fulfillment Day: Every Thursday
- Month-End Processing: Last Thursday of each month
