Joshua Muravchik has a devastating analysis of Richard Clarke and his book in the May 2004 issue of Commentary . Here is the clench-jawed Clarke rhapsodizing about Bush’s predecessor in the Oval Office: ‘Clinton approved every snatch that he was asked to review.’”
