The panel included James Capretta of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, Richard Doerflinger from the USCCB, Kyle Duncan from the Beckett Fund for Religious Liberty, moderated by Ryan Williams, a doctoral candidate and teaching fellow at Catholic University.
