John Lennox at King’s College

In addition to the upcoming events hosted by  St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary and the Society of Catholic Social Scientists , here is yet another fall event that our New York—area readers may wish to attend: John Lennox will deliver a lecture entitled “Does Science Point to God?” at The King’s College in Manhattan next Thursday, September 13.

Dr. Lennox is a mathematics professor at Oxford and a philosopher of science. The author of many books about the relationship between science, religion, and philosophy, he is perhaps most famous for debating the existence of God with Richard Dawkins, Peter Singer, and the late Christopher Hitchens.

His lecture next week, which will begin at 6:30 p.m., will be followed by a question-and-answer session led by King’s College president Dinesh D’Souza. The event is free and open to the public; however, attendees must register in advance on this page , which also provides further event details.
