On Tuesday, November 5, Kate Mangold, an artist living and working in Brooklyn, New York, will be premiering all new work in an exhibit titled We Followed the Red Herring for 10,000 Miles.
Mangold began her career as a painter, receiving a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from the School of Art Institute of Chicago in 2005, and then her Masters from Yale Art School in 2009. At Yale, she was awarded the Gloucester Landscape Painting Prize in 2008, and has since expanded her work to include sculpture and drawing.
