The media continue to pretend that global warming is as incontestable as the existence of gravity. That being so, they happily pitch the panic propounded by the would be world governors of the international global warming scientocracy. Take this lead from the always in the tank AP, with the SF Chronicle headline, “Be Prepared to Adapt or Die, Experts Warn:”

With the world losing the battle against global warming so far, experts are warning that humans need to follow nature’s example: Adapt or die. That means elevating buildings, making taller and stronger dams and seawalls, rerouting water systems, restricting certain developments, changing farming practices and ultimately moving people, plants and animals out of harm’s way.

Losing the battle? We haven’t warmed in this decade. The reality of the problem is in significant doubt.  Hey, Houston had its earliest snowfall, ever.  I know that such anecdotal events prove nothing, but given that the hysterics have used every heat wave and hurricane to boost the melting meme, skeptics can use every cold winter event.  Live by the irrelevant anecdote, die by the irrelevant anecdote.
