may I suggest net.bible.org ?

Complete NET (New English Translation), full notes, Greek/Hebrew/ Constables notes, links to tons of articles

All at the cost of....Free

Which leaves you quite a bit of money to spend otherwise

I'd love to give a shout-out for Olive Tree's Bible Reader - it's not got a library as big as Logos or Accordance yet, but it's growing rapidly, and it's free on most smartphones. They've just released a free Mac app which I've not been able to play with (I'm waiting for the immanent Windows version), but it's the best iPhone bible app I've found, feature-wise (and I've tried pretty much all of them).
