Good post Mr. Turk. My “educated political guess” – ha is that the same people that believe in “global warming” are the same people that think the healthcare bill is going to save babies and reduce the deficit. I would say LOL but I think it is entirely inappropriate today. Carry on!

From an anecdotal basis, I'd say that the prevalence in my circle of friends for a lack of belief in "global warming" is the actual lack of global warming. you don;t thave to believe me. Believe Professor Phil Jones, who used to be a major "scientific" advocate for the theory/crisis

I suppose there is a sociological/historical basis for the prevalence of climate change skepticism among evangelicals. I’d like to better understand that basis though. Perhaps it is related to the prevalence of Glenn Beck fans among evangelicals. Quite possibly there is one sociological/historical explanation that accounts for both trends.
