My pastor blogs at www.baylyblog.com along with his brother. They are both pastors of local churches and the blog is an extension of the ministry. The writing aims at a broader evangelical audience and often addresses issues relating to the Presbyterian Church in America.

The internet has gone a long way since I've started to use it. I recall about thirteen years ago, an older friend of a friend told me that it was a tool of Satan. I thought about it for awhile but I continued chating with my internet girlfriends and convinced myself that he was wrong and I now still think he was wrong because good and bad is everywhere and life is what we make it, even on the internet.

I even tried "Facebook" but I eventually gave that UP because the last think I wanted to do was lock horns with some of my loved one.

I thought about tweeting but I've convinced myself that it's for the birds and they know how to tweet tweet and get a full message in and them who know me have figured out that it's too hard for me to do that.

Anyway as for His Holiness suggesting that blogs are good and can possibly bring a few more people to God, well who am I to argue with him. All I can say from my experience is that if a true Christians is not prepared to be spiritually placed on the cross to defend what s/he truly believes in what they write on their blog then I would suggest that he or she not take the trip but then again that's only my opinion.

I'll close by saying that I'm going to have to think a little longer before I dismantle this blog of mine cause maybe His Holiness is trying to say that I'm not as crazy as some might think I really am!? :)

God Bless,

Peace
